"The owner family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant service and food were excellent. Parking was free. The location is wonderful on the ecean and quiet. Short trips to Pisa, Florence and Volterra. This is our third time stayng there, we liked it so much."

"Great value for money right downtown Livorno. Helpful and friendly staff. Reasonable breakfast included with helpful service. Lack of drawer space or shelves. No elevator so needed help with suitcases, which was freely given. Also there was a step up into the bathroom, so a trip hazard in the night. Overall we were very satisfied and chose to stay again on a return visit. Recommendation: try the Cafe Duomo for dinner, just a short block away."

"Great views and quiet location. Parking very limited, but I as able to park on property both times. WiFi good in public areas, didn’t work in room. Cell phone signal weak inside as well. I would stay again for the location, but I understand the church may not be renewing contract as a hotel next year (2018)."

"Hotel was in a very good area on the seafront on Southern outskirts of Livorno. The hotel was very clean and staff brilliant. There were small selection bars and restaurants close by and centre of town about mile and a half walk along lovely seafront. Breakfast was very good."
