"Nice friendly and helpful staff. Clean and good room. Very quiet - unfortunately the restaurant was too quiet although the fish pie on the night we dined in was excellent. Great position and will definitely stay again when I come next year with my husband."

"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . Would I stay here again, yes I would...

"As always a reliable stay at this hotel staff are always very helpful and responsive. I think as the hotel was busy and maybe fully booked on this occasion I didn’t quite get everything as indicated in the booking messages but I think this was due to Availability and the fact my booking had been some time ago. I am a returning customer and do choose to Stay here so will still try again here next time I’m in Liverpool. Thank you for another pleasant stay "

"We stayed at the Pullman for the Comicon and the location couldn’t have been better ( literally next to it ! The hotel is very modern and there’s a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby . We have stayed there twice now and will be back again in May . It’s also very close to the dock ( 5 minute walk ) ."
