Amazing property. Close to everything. In the party district which is lovely if you like lots of energy. We opened our balcony and listened to the party!! If you are like us and pack heavy just be aware Uber and taxi cannot drive in the street so you will need to carry your luggage up the cobblestone street and then up to your apartment if you don’t book the elevator apartments, no issue for us because the price is amazing for what you get. Also breakfast is great included everyday. They drop the food the night before, and fresh local bread on your door in the mornings! Would totally stay again!!

The apartment wasn't bad but it is situated in front of a night club with very loud music until 3am with drunk people outside, breakfast was a joke you have to make it yourself. Staff was very friendly but i wont be returning or recommending it.

First off the reception and cleaning staff were amazing so my negative review is not for them. I had heard about the noise on the street being an issue but the building itself yes is old and when I was in the suite I could hear people upstairs walking all day and night as floors are not insulated. You can hear people talking through the walls and doors all day (when I was in suite)it was constant thuds on the floor/banging from people walking up the stairs or above or hearing neighbours talk or T.V. I think I maybe got 4-5 hours of sleep a night from waking up from noise. Room was nice and clean. Great location. Breakfast sandwich items handy. Would not stay here again…. Lack of rest ruined it for me.

Had a lovely stay. First time to lisbon and wasnt fully aware of the hills. Was close to a good bit of action but walking from central plaza back to room is a bear. Luckily it is on a bus line and uber is dirt cheap. If using bus or tram be sure to study the routes since the system can be confusing. Back to apartment, each morning fresh baked rolls are left on door handle. Housekeeping meticulous about cleaning and restocking room.

Clean newer remodel apartment. Desk staff was very friendly. Loud neighborhood but the windows were completely sound proofed, so didn't even notice at night. I liked the delivered breakfast. Not a morning person and it was nice have free breakfast in privacy even if I had to make it myself. We went to a grocery store and bought our own coffee pods so we didn't get charged for any of the mini bar.

The property and location are fantastic, but the staff charged me for incidentals and consuming the wine in the fridge. The problem is that I didn't drink any of the wine, and I didn't even have the complimentary bottle of wine. When I pointed that out to them, they disregarded me and still charged me. As such, I would advise against staying here.

The staff are very helpful. Our apartment was very clean. It is a good location for access to transit. It does get noisy at night but the air conditioning drowns it out. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay! AC in both rooms, fresh bread delivered daily to our door, and rooms refreshed each day. We could walk to SO many places (lots of stairs on the way….its Lisbon 😁). Staff were friendly and very helpful. Yes, there was some noise from the busy bar strip down the street, but hardly noticeable with windows and shutters closed at night. We felt safe and had easy access to SO many restaurants, sights and shopping. On/off buses close by too!

Stop! You’ve found it! The perfect stay in Lisboa! This apartment is incredible, the size is generous - a full kitchen, lots of seating, two bedrooms and two balconies plus a great separate bathroom. The support is amazing - the reception team greet you on arrival, show you how to access the flat. Each day, there’s a breakfast bag of fresh bread or bakery item, with a super generous buffet delivered to the fridge of eggs, meat, cheese, spreads. The location is brilliant - a 10 min walk from Rossio. Don’t be alarmed by the steep incline, a recharge of coffee and treats. You’re near the Carmo Convent for culture, a beautiful town square and Leve Leve tapas bar is less than 3 mins walk. Book and have an amazing stay, we loved it so much we’re already planning a return trip in 2025!
