My stay was very pleasant. I got housekeeping every with fresh linen. The fitted sheet, pillow case and the duvet covers were changed everyday. The staff were courteous and friendly. They allowed me to check in early with no additional costs because they saw that I was tired from traveling for the last 24 hours. Room service was great. The bathroom and bedroom were cleaned to my standard. I would stay here again

I actually had an issue trying to get a hold of Expedia to move up my reservation by one day. I literally had to chat online with 3 different agents. They kept giving me phone numbers to call Expedia.. numbers that did not answer. Marco and Joia, at the Radisson, were extremely professional and were a great helping resolving the issue. They saved my vacation. Thank you so much, guys!!

This property is completely outdated to the point where it feels dirty. The hallways, elevator, lounges and room furniture are all in need of a major overhaul. It feels like they're going out of business. Windows in room didn't seal and let in a ton of road noise all night. Toilet didn't flush well, shower water backed up. It just felt kind of gross being in the room. Proximity to the airport was good. No shuttle service so we had to Uber (only $6).

Nice big rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I did not think the rooms were at all soundproofed. I could hear the highway traffic outside and also children running up and down the hallways/rooms as well as hear the traffic coming out of the elevators.

Usually stay at this hotel once or twice a year while I'm in Lisbon. This time, we left a jacket on the back of a chair and an Apple I-watch. On the way to the airport I called the from desk to advise them to keep my belongings as I would be back to stay at the hotel in 4 days. Well, at check in I asked the very same attendant for my belongings, Was told they didn't find anything in the room. (2 items) even after showing them a screen shot of the Iwatch trace. Very dishonest personnel.

This place is very loud inside, you are near the airport and that didn't bother me, but the noise from other guests was too much. The staff was slow, and the other guests staying here were rude--not that the hotel has control over that, but this was much more a tourist hotel than a hotel near the airport for business trips.
