"Great experience. i had never stayed in a b&b prior, so it was unusual (for me) that there isn't a 'front desk'. However, it was great! i had access to the kitchen and other rooms of the house. only 1 other guest while i was there and we were on opposite ends of the house. Lots of room to let dogs run, but need to watch out for the ducks and Guinea hens, no fenced yard so dogs need to have good recall if running off leash. "1st thing we noticed was the fresh smell as we walked in. It was a very clean room. We were in town for a wedding at a venue a few miles away. David-Ed fit the purpose very nicely. It is an older road side motel. But don’t let that fool ya. The rooms are very nice. SUPER CLEAN! Beds have plastic covering them. I am all about a clean bathroom. The bathroom was immaculate! Not one spot in there. We are not used to the cold Ohio weather. The heater in the room was so warm and heated up quickly....
