The property was quiet my husband liked the bed. The main room was very clean. I liked that it had a microwave refrigerator and coffee pot. Bathroom sink area a bit cramped. I have arthritis it would be nice if they had stairs leading down to the rocks on the river to enjoy

Heater directly over the bed, large booming sound from outside every 20 minutes, bathroom too small, could get no sleep, this facility should be closed down and rehabbed- terrible place to stay

Definetly a 60s motel format. Locally owned, owners were very kind and have maintained the property well. Cute little area with coffee maker, fridge and microwave It's a great location especially if you want to access the White Mt Park. Thirty mins after checking out I received a call from owner, I had left a small bag in the room. Not sure you'd get that from a 'chain hotel.' We'd definitely stay again!

Cozy and cute!
Our room was very clean and cozy. The bathroom sink stopper was not working and we had to hold the stopper up to drain the sink. The shower is a stall shower which is not our favorite but on a good note the water pressure was great. A coffee table would be a nice addition since the tv is in a separate area. Location was great and it was very quiet even though the rooms were all occupied.

Great place especially for the price. Beautiful river frontage and even has bbq pits if you want to bbq. Foliage was amazing. Rooms have mini fridge and microwave. Ice available. Quiet and peaceful and super clean

The place was nice and quiet, very clean and the owners were very nice, i would highly recommend this location to everyone. We stayed 2 nights during fall season and there is so much to get to within short distance. I love the river being right in the backyard!

Stayed there 2 nights during the NH Scott Highland Games and Festival. Its an older property, but clean, quiet, safe and a short drive to restruants along US 3, which we found to be not as crowded as the restruants along route 112 thru Lincoln. Owners were wonderful, plesant and helpful with recommendations.

Staff is super nice. It’s dated but clean and the price was super friendly. The river out back was awesome, my son enjoyed jumping in and swimming in it. Grills were there so that would have been nice to have taken advantage of and save on eating out.
