Staff was extremely friendly, the diner right next door to the hotel was so convenient to have, the pool and spa were enjoyable and there are many places to shop nearby including The Mall of New Hampshire!

The front desk clerk gave us bad information on regards the airport shuttle. I was relying on it and in the last minute I was told that it wasn’t available. Also, there it was smoke smell in the floor I was staying. The non smoking rules should be enforced.

1st the room we were given wasn't cleaned yet. Staff person apologetic. Then the key card given to us did not work on the new room assigned. Again, staff apologetic and asked for assistance. There was supposed to be a wake up call at 3:30 am. Didn't happen as there was no phone in the room, even though the staff person said there was. There is also late flights that come into MHT from Philly and it would be helpful if shuttle ran to at least 11:30pm. Staff was excellent though :)
