"I recently stayed at Seda Central Bloc Cebu for three days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and offers excellent service. Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, featuring a diverse selection that caters to guests of all nationalities. Both the room and restaurant services were exceptional, as was the front desk staff. In particular, Kayla at the front desk stood out for her friendliness and professionalism. Regardless of the time of day, she was always accommodating and welcoming, even after what must have been a long shift. Her colleagues were equally helpful and attentive.
