"Very pleasant hotel, near the train station, so it's very convenient if arriving by Eurostar etc into Amsterdam. (Or Schiphol airport). Great views of the city, which just a short walk away (Leiden is quite compact). Good breakfast (if a little pricey). You can leave luggage too, and we could check in early. Not a "destination" hotel perhaps but very pleasant and everything you need as a base for exploring and enjoying this lovely city and the surrounding area."
