"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"The rooms are nice and clean. Feels like a studio. I like the location being right by the grocery store (REWE) and several cafes, bakeries, and dining options. It’s right by the train station. There’s also tons of walking paths nearby. We walked all the way to the famous cathedral. The only down side is there is no one at the reception and it is self check in. "I appreciate the stay but the communication was not good at alla. I sent many requests without any answers. It's a pity. I requested a proper invoice instead of receipt but no satisfation. I sent online requests and even discussed with people at reception but no solution till today. I can't recommend this hôtel"

"Great location, but the bed was bad and the pillow awful. On the 4 days we were there, there was no hot water for 2 of them. No AC so the place must be really hot during summer."

"This place was in a super cool, old creepy house which was very charming. The place was Clean.everything inside worked well. But up 6 or so flights of stairs? Lugging the luggage up was no easy task. However my room was comfortable enough and you could purchase drinks and snacks from reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the art hanging around the corridors and I loved the view of the cathedral from my room. "

"Lovely hotel we stay at for the same business trip annually. Comfy beds, modern rooms with great facilities and the most amazing in-room shower & sink area with the best light-up mirror. Love it and wouldn't enjoy anywhere else in Cologne as much. "
