"I loved my stay here. The property was in an incredible area; loads of places to eat between cafes and restaurants, shopping of all kinds surrounding, easy short walks to any of the local sightseeing. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful, the communication before checkin was extremely helpful and they offered us early check in for no fee when we got there early and tired from our long train ride there. Our room was spacious, well supplied, very clean and exceptionally comfortable....

"The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again."

"Absolutely great place. Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean, modern room, comfy bed. Some didn’t like the gray theme, but that's the trend. Didn't bother us as everything else was top notch. Elevator, underground car park and only 20 minutes from Verona. Easy drive. Highly recommend. And based on the person that checked us in, spent the next night in Bardolina on the largest lake in Italy. We had no idea. "

"This property had everything we needed for our quick visit to Verona. It was walkable from the train station and there was a nice bakery a short walk away where we were able to get breakfast. "There was a major problem with the air conditionning which was dripping a lot even when it was close and the problem is that they knew about it because the floor was wet when we came in, also the wall and the door were wet. Someone came to fix it when we called but did not fix it and nobody offered us to change room or reimburse us.
