"This so-called Hotel was shut, locked, when we arrived in the evening of our booking. The “Emergency” telephone, advertised in large font outside the entrance, was nothing but an automated answer phone. No use at all. After one hour we gave up and set off in search of an alternative. We have still (2 days later) received no apology and no reply to e-mails. In short, this place is a disgrace."

"Excellent receptionist. Room seemed ok, but the sink plug was closed shut. Moved room, toilet blocked, causing room to smell. Found this late, after receptionist left. We were staying only one night anyway. Breakfast area light was flashing. The hotel would be good with a manager who checked - quality control. "

"Everything in the room was great. However, we were expected to bring our own dishwashing liquid to wash the dishes provided in the room. Breakfast had a lot of options, but the eggs and potatoes were cold. Nice parking garage, but the signage was lacking."

The cleanliness, attention to details, professional maintenance, and over all comfort was like no other place we ever stayed. The owner Marco made sure that all our needs were attended to promptly. Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had anywhere—cold cuts, 3 kinds of bread, smoked salmon, sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt, chees, scrambled eggs and bacon, plus cereals, pancakes and coffees and fruit juice. Trafo is easy walking distance from the railway station. My only complaint was a lack of USB ports in the room. I had to borrow an adapter from the front desk, and it took forever the recharge the battery. Not fancy, but excellent service. I would stay again."
