"Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. "The location is fantastic and the view from the balcony was really nice. Unfortunately one of the pools was being replaced. It is a massive construction project underway so the noise was pretty bad during the day time and with one of the two pools torn out, the other one was really crowded. Of course, if Expedia had mentioned this before I booked the apartment, I probably would not have rented it."
