"Really nice place to stay and very family friendly. Great prices and service. "
"I like that this property is very affordable for its downtown location. It is also clean and comfortable and I love that you can park right next to your door. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all, a great place from which to enjoy Eugene."
"I was in town for a friend’s wedding. I love staying here. It’s clean, there are great amenities, and the area is lovely. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll continue to stay here whenever I’m in Eugene."
"5/5 – Exceptional Stay!
Check-in was a breeze—fast, easy, and warmly handled by the friendly front desk staff. Both of our rooms were impressively stocked with thoughtful amenities: granola bars, coffee and decaf packets, bottled water, a table with chairs, fridge, microwave, iron and ironing board, and even a recliner sofa alongside a comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious, fully equipped with shower accessories and plenty of towels. A nice touch—the toilet was sealed with a “cleaned” sticker like a gift, reassuring and spotless.
Parking was super convenient, located right in front of each room. While not officially reserved, every room seems to have a designated spot, with additional spaces available nearby.
Overall, a fantastic experience—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Would absolutely stay again!"
"We really enjoyed our stay! Everything is new, modern uniquely styled. Slept amazing comfy beds and bedding. The Gordon tavern downstairs is delicious! "
"Nice view of Matthew Knight Arena from Room 225. East walk to campus, restaurants and stores. The pool was refreshing. The front desk was kind and friendly."
