"This is a gem in Ko Samui. It is a serene and beautiful property with high-quality dining options and delicious cocktails. The spa offers highly recommended services. The resort staff is very experienced and friendly. "
"We would not recommend this to others. We started out with a bed cover missing for one of the duvets when we arrived, batteries for the remote control to work and other things. There was one roll of toilet paper and when we wrote we needed more, the comment was inappropriate. The area was among bars and discos and very deserted. The kitchen smelled badly from the sink and there were many ants and cockroaches in the bathroom. Also, we had an unfortunate episode of what we think is a woman having...

"Had a lovely time at Pavilion Samui Villas, staff were super attentive, hotel facilities really good and location close to the night market and plenty of restaurants nearby was great. Having direct access to the beach was also brilliant - it was very clean and plenty of sun loungers available.
Our room was comfortable, good WiFi access and of course AirCon which is an essential. Areas of the hotel are perhaps a bit tired in places and could do with some TLC but I always think you have to allow a bit of flexibility on this and it certainly wasn't to the extent whereby it affected our enjoyment of our stay."
"Outstanding rooms- like your own apartment with the ability to cook your own meals. Their breakfast buffet is great. Their coffee is excellent, including awesome espresso from quality beans and expertly made. Laundry by the kilo is inexpensive. Renting motorbikes is inexpensive. Their restaurant and bar area is beautiful and on the beach. The staff are helpful and friendly. When I return to Koh Samui, I will stay here above anywhere else. All staff put the customer first in this outstanding property. A true GEM! "
"The property was beautiful, the staff was phenomenal and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful bungalow with a private pool. The bungalow was big and comfortable and the grounds are just beautifully kept. I think the best part was the staff- they were so friendly, accommodating and helpful- every single one! It was my daughter’s 21at and they surprised her with a piece of cake and cake made of them led and flowers on the bed. We loved staying here!"
