"This hotel is a wonderful place, I was there around 8:00 on the 14th of November and The Man Behind The Desk was exceptional! He went above and beyond to get me the room that I was asking for. I did not get the gentleman's name but this hotel needs more people just like him. The River Hotel on Wacker is lucky to have him. Whoever you are thanks again for your kindness and your professionalism! Keep up the wonderful work and I will definitely be recommending this location to all my friends"

"My stay was a 4.8 out of 5 stars… I really wanted it to be 5, but unfortunately, right when I got up to the room, I wasn’t able to flush the toilet… When I told the front desk about the toilet, they said they’d send someone in 15-20 minutes later. After waiting about 30-40 minutes for someone, I ended up falling asleep… when I woke up, the toilet unfortunately still hadn’t been fixed. So I called the front desk when I woke up about 2 hours later, to which it was resolved within 15 minutes later....
