"We appreciated the close parking space next to the convention center. The window in our room had taped over a large crack. The sink was also cracked and the faucet was useable but would come off when we turned on the water. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Overall we had a stay. "

"My stay was fine. Employees were polite and helpful. The room was clean but the bed was very hard. The love seat had different cushions on it that did not match and was fairly old. Other than that, I felt very safe there an easy access to get to."

"Upon arrival into our suite we noticed a rotting smell and as we got closer into the kitchen and opened the cupboard the smell was unbearable. There was rotting chicken and who knows what other food was in there. when we arrived around 8:30 PM maintenance was gone, but they also had a few days off due to the holiday season, which understandable. So I had to go to the front desk and ask for a few garbage bags, while moving the garbage there were fruit flies that came out as well as maggots all...
