"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. "Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. "It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. "We loved the location. The location was very convenient for walking around the town. Check in was very easy and communication with the booking office was always helpful. The apartment was clean and has a beautiful view of the lake with a private beach below. There are two items we felt should be addressed by the booking agent.
