Lake Como Vacation Rentals

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "The apartment was great and in a good position for food, groceries and to explore the old town which was amazing. We should have organised on site parking when we booked as street parking was impossible. Very happy with our stay."

"We loved our stay at Casa Margherita. You can't beat the location with an amazing balcony view of the lake. Easy to get to food, boat/ferry tours, and shopping. Luca took great care of us and we would love to visit again sometime in the future!"

"The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. Walking distance to everything in town easy access to shopping restaurants Marina, very centrally located and a very comfortable and modern apartment...

"Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. "

"Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!"
