"I didn’t use amenities or services. But I did notice one of the 2 hot tubs was not working. I also did not appreciate the timeshare sales push. I was ushered over to another person without being told why and they kept trying to schedule me for a meeting(off property) and wanted a credit card for deposit. I HATE when I have to say no multiples times in multiple ways in order to be left alone. "

"The buildings are vintage 1970s-1980s, so they have typical cracks as they have settled over the years. This could allow for pests to enter, but the diligence of the room service staff along with the maintenance staff and the resulting cleanliness of the facility make it difficult for the critters to access the property."

"The property was nice and clean. I was surprised to see that the layout of the room was actually a two bedroom unit, great for a group or family traveling. Not your typical hotel room of less than 400 sq ft. Ana at the front desk was great who provided us with the detailed information we needed upon checking in at midnight. She was really nice and friendly. Highly recommend and will plan to stay here again. "

"Cons: Showers were barely warm(biggest issue for us), the pest guy walked right in our room when we first got there (was nice and apologized), we couldn’t figure out the tv but we always bring a Roku with us so no biggie, and there was some kind of fire in a room our last day. "I would definitely recommend villas at regal palms because it was clean, cozy, well equipped and conveniently located to lots of shopping, things to do and eat. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be smart bigger tvs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great"
