Room with lake view was incredible. A lot of activities to do. Staff very polite and the service is top. However if you are looking for a quiet and peace time, it is not the place. A lot of kids even in the jacuzzi and the rooms are not soundproof you can hear your neighbours.

Connection to nature and the beauty of the lake was delicious and supported by free access to kayaks, canoes, paddle boards etc. Hotel feels luxurious in all the right ways: best bed, fantastic warm and thoughtful service, everything is thought for our comfort and wellbeing. This place is definitely more of a family destination. The amenities are good (pool, jacuzzi, water sports, gym, etc.), however they are often packed with kids. For the first couple of days, we could not get a spot in the jacuzzi as it was often fully occupied with children. This is of course expected at a resort like this, but it is something to mention. The hotel itself is clean, scenery is beautiful, and it was great to use the paddle boards/kayaks.

Nice room and property but full of families with loud little kids everywhere. Our “lake view” was more like a view of our neighbour’s balcony. No privacy at all on balconies it’s kind of awkward if you want to sit out there. We got a 31$ a day food credit from Expedia and upon leaving was charged 25$ a day plus tax “resort fee” with no explanation so they’re essentially just taking back your food credit which is an annoying way to end a vacation

The setting is beautiful! Enjoyed access to the pontoon boat to take out on our own for a tour of Lac Beauport. Good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive, grocery store, etc. A very modern property. Professional staff. If any drawback, maybe just lack of more of a gift shop/convenience store items. Otherwise, highly recommend and looking forward to a return.
