Clean room, very good hot breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful, particularly Ignacio & Fernando for seeing to our check-in needs and to help us get downtown by taxi. Room needs a bit of refreshening but met our needs.

Excellent staff on front desk. Leant me a phone charger. Clean room. Strong powerful shower. Would stay again. Good price. In the middle of two metro stops. Each one about a 7 min walk away.

Hotel Almasur Providencia
Great stay with the hotel being super clean, spacious and has amazing staff. We loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries and eggs. Good location too which was very safe with nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby

ICON Hotel
Friendly staff that were all fluent in English. Comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows. The rooftop pool is a nice touch and I enjoyed the spa, which is included in your stay.
