"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"At the end of three week road trip with friends all over Portugal and Andalusia Spain we booked a night at your lovely hotel! The pool was beautiful and very relaxing with a great bar took a nap in the sun! The rooms were very clean hallways could use fresh paint.. the breakfast buffet was delicious Wish the beds were not so hard! The location is great so close to the beach! Highly recommend! "

"No frills kind of place. The business take 2 floors of what seems to be a regular residential building. You need to call to arrange check-in, but it was easy and quick.The commercial, non-touristy area and its overall appearance didn't do justice to how clean, and comfortable the room was."

"2 day stay whilst we took a boat trip up the Rio Gurdiana. First visit to VRSA so great chance to look around and get to know the town. Very impressed. The AL was in a perfect position to explore the town just a few yards from the harbour and marina and a few yards to the town and lots of restaurants and shops. "Verdelago is a great 5-star resort in the Algarve, away from tourists and tourist traps. It is a vast resort with many things to do. However, potential guests should be aware it is not fully-open. The resort is under construction even though you would not really notice it. They have done a fabulous and mindful job in protected guests from this. "Wonderful 3 night stay in this really lovely wee hotel. From the moment we walked through the door the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We had a superior room with large balcony and sunbeds. Bed was super comfy and shower was great. Breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot buffet items. Hotel is also in a lovely location right on the main square and has a plunge pool on roof top with lovely views. Can highly recommend and will definitely book if back in Vila Real DSA. "
