"They gave me a free upgrade to a room with a view of the Rhine. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any European hotel. "Hotel is really good for a business stay. They have a strange policy on Breakfast delivery, all to the room because of corona which is fine, but you must specify a window of time. "This was my third stay at this hotel and again I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only thing I would say is that the decor in the rooms is a bit tired and faded and needs updating. But I would very much recommend this hotel. "

"I really loved my stay here and the restaurant on the roof is lovely. There is construction work outside which is annoying but it's not the fault of the hotel. The rooms are great and there are lots of quirky characteristics to the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it."
