We really loved our stay in KL thanks to this gem of a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Staff were very kind and helpful. The studio room is perfect for single or couples. Bed is clean and comfy and the shower quite nice. There's even a bathtub. Slightly noisy at night. The small buffet breakfast is fine. Didn't get to check out the pool. Very handy to be adjoining Central Market.

i don’t usually leave reviews but this hotel have my heart. hospitality is superb, doorman will never fail to open the door for us too. very professional, totally doesn’t give off “budget hotel” vibes at all. felt as if i was underpaying them for such good services and professionalism.

I loved the location, and the small pool on the rooftop was a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the room exceeded my expectations. Of note was the bed. This was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in during a hotel stay.

Stayed here during a stop in KL and was very satisfied with the location. Easily accessible to all the good spots, especially the central market right outside the hotel. Danial and Shiv were very accommodating especially considering that we requested an early check out. Looking forward to staying here again!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti con mia moglie. Le camere sono molto piccole, con vista sui parcheggi. Fuori dall hotel c'è un accampamento di senzatetto. I servizi dell'hotel sono di bassissima qualità: - colazione con pochissima varietà e scarsa qualità (frutta inesistente). Inoltre teoricamente apre alle ore 7 ma in realtà solo dalle 7.30 abbiamo potuto mangiare perché il cuoco non era mai presente. - la piscina è sporca e si affaccia sull'interno verso i parcheggi. - la cosiddetta "palestra" sono due ex bagnetti convertiti in due mini loculi, uno con tapiroulant e l altro con una semplice panca. Solo la posizione centrale salva questo hotel. Se dovessi tornare non alloggerei mai in questo hotel.

One of my worst experiences
Location is great. But the floor and toilet are never cleaned for my one week stay. The most terrible matter is that the birdcall in the surrounding, hundreds of birds screaming everyday at around 11pm and 5am, once the birdcall started, it lasted about half hour to one hour, so which means for my one week stay in this hotel, I 've never had one fair sleep, and my room has a ventilation opening which has no cover, so the soundproof quality is really bad. Also the air-conditioning was malfunctioned in one early morning (about 4am), the room temperature went up to 30 degree, we were too hot and awaked, and then the terrible birdcall came, it was such a terrible experience for us.......

Un hôtel sympathique et très bien situé (juste à côté du marché central -- Pasar seni). Bon accueil. Chambre original, avec une douche et wc dans la salle de bain et une baignoire dans la chambre! Heureusement, car la douche ne fonctionne pas! 2 suggestions: remplir le liquide savon pour la douche (quasiment vide) et éviter la musique (bon, c'est du jazz) dès 7h du matin dans le lobby, car cela réveille les gens au 1e étage!! Plutôt calme dans l'ensemble. Bonne expérience.
