Nice boutique hotel which is extremely convenient to chinatown and also other eateries. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Downside is room is not as clean and we would like it. Oddly when they tidy the room they do not wash the coffee mugs.

We really loved our stay in KL thanks to this gem of a hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Staff were very kind and helpful. The studio room is perfect for single or couples. Bed is clean and comfy and the shower quite nice. There's even a bathtub. Slightly noisy at night. The small buffet breakfast is fine. Didn't get to check out the pool. Very handy to be adjoining Central Market.

Staff was friendly and nice. Met with the managers by pure happenstance, and just casually mentioned that the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough. Was offered a replacement refrigerator but I declined as it was my last night before flying back. Would definitely come back again!

Stayed here during a stop in KL and was very satisfied with the location. Easily accessible to all the good spots, especially the central market right outside the hotel. Danial and Shiv were very accommodating especially considering that we requested an early check out. Looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely short birthday staycation
Overall a nice experience for short birthday staycation with my son. Room is on the small side but equipped with all basic amenities needed. Small problem maybe is ants in room after I left donut overnight not securely wrapped. Love the rooftop swimming pool level, small but with nice view of kl city. Lobby area is lovely too, has nice welcoming feel to guest. Reception staff pleasant & with smiles. We would love to come again next time.

I loved the location, and the small pool on the rooftop was a nice touch. The reception staff were friendly and attentive, and the room exceeded my expectations. Of note was the bed. This was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in during a hotel stay.

Thr location is great, very close to Central Market, the room is clean but a little bit small for two, still reasonable with this price. The only one concern but not really the fault of this hotel is that, there are pretty of rough sleepers wander around and stay nearby, I personally don't think it could be a safety concern but just for somrone whom may concern or not comfortable with.

One of my worst experiences
Location is great. But the floor and toilet are never cleaned for my one week stay. The most terrible matter is that the birdcall in the surrounding, hundreds of birds screaming everyday at around 11pm and 5am, once the birdcall started, it lasted about half hour to one hour, so which means for my one week stay in this hotel, I 've never had one fair sleep, and my room has a ventilation opening which has no cover, so the soundproof quality is really bad. Also the air-conditioning was malfunctioned in one early morning (about 4am), the room temperature went up to 30 degree, we were too hot and awaked, and then the terrible birdcall came, it was such a terrible experience for us.......
