The room was clean and very comfortable to stay in. However, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. In addition, I felt that some of the staff, particularly those in the restaurant, came across as rather arrogant in their attitude.

Overall it was a fine stay. Didn’t have breakfast included but decided to pay on the day twice for convenience - it wasn’t a great breakfast at all, very low quality. I used the laundry service once and it was SO expensive - £18 for a couple of t-shirts, pants and socks!! Room was overall clean and comfortable, though!

The staff is so nice and helpful, the pool is so good and clean. The room has an amazing view! The only bad thing is the blanket was stained with blood. And they dident change it, but they give me an extra blanket. But all the rest was nice. The location is like 15min walling to the Petronas towers 👌
