"Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war schön ruhig und idyllisch und man konnte mal abschalten. Auch die Autobahn war nicht zu hören und wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs. Das Erlebnisbad und die Saunalandschaften boten eine schöne Zeit zum entspannen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Möbel sind Gebrauchsgegenstände, gegen kleine Schäden kann man nichts machen, man sollte sie aber trotzdem beachten und nach einigen Jahren mal austauschen. Ansonsten war alles gut soweit und man konnte...

"Hotel has a nice location spot on in the "city center" of this rather small village Krakow am See. Renovated, and with one of the few restaurants, where we only got the chance of having dessert since we came late. It advertizes with "good traditional East European food" which is a rare advertising."

"Frühstück gute Qualität doch alles abgezählt. Aufgedrängte Höflichkeit des Frühstückdirektors, Herrn Paul oder Franz. Empfang mit Erdbeeren, Sekt, Kuchen und Sherry toll. Für das Zuschicken 2 vergessener Pullover wurde Vorkasse verlangt, obwohl wir bekannt sind und schon oft da waren."

"- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc - Mediocre service - Uncomfortable and old beds - Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises - We got a room without toilet even it was booked We will not come back, 100% for sure and I recommend to stay somewhere else. "
