Didn't spend much time in the hotel as was exploring but bed was comfortable. Only a 4 minute train ride on the S5 from the Lucerne train station. A convenient Migros across the street as well for some snacks or drinks for the day.

The hotel is EXCELLENT, staff is very nice, breakfast is great. Parking is a little costly at 25/day. But what is very HORRIBLE is internet, so slow can't do anything. 2 Mbps average, when other hotels have 50-100 Mbps and at home I have 300 Mbps. Not even possible to do a zoom meeting, some web pages don't even open. Please UPGRADE your internet!
