住所與泳池及健身室於同一樓層非常方便。單位內的配套與網頁上的圖片相同,附設洗衣機有乾衣功能非常方便。但單位內其中一個洗手間的熱水爐即使調校水溫到最熱,提供出來的只是溫水,需要改善。
