"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was very nice. We had a couple of issues with the room but they fixed them quickly. We are a family of 4 and found the bed space ok but it would've been better to have a bunk bed instead of the 2 singles because one of the singles had to be used as seating for the dining table. The other 2 full-sized beds were fine."

"AMAZING HOTEL! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and were always so nice when we had questions. They offered many recommendations, helped with train routes and also helped ship our luggage. The hotel is also a great walking distance to many places like Nishiki market and the Karasuma-Oike line so we could easily explore. The hotel room was also spacious and fit our family of 6 very comfortably! If you are considering this hotel you should go ahead and book it. You won't regret it!!! "

"The front desk staff were very helpful. A few members of the staff spoke very good English, so it was easy to check in. The hotel is very nice, as was the room where I stayed. A lovely mix of modern and traditional. I only had two issues: the hotel was in an awkward location, and the duvets weren't very wide."

"Room was spacious for us, 2 adults and 2 kids. AC system kept the room cool during the 90° heat outside. Having a table that fit 4 people was a plus because it makes eating easier and it helped our kids do schoolwork on their laptops. This property has the toilet and shower separate which we liked.
