"It was our first trip to Japan. My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved how family friendly it was. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children and the toilet was separate from the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and the luggage transfer to our next hotel was a breeze. We cannot wait to go back to Japan and will definitely be staying here again."

"The hotel room as just as advertised with no hidden surprises. This hotel is self check-in, and despite being my first time as such it was no hassle at all. All the information you need is sent to you weeks prior to arrival. The room itself was clean and spacious and housed the three of us well.
