"We stayed here back in 01/2018 and went back 01/2025. This hotel is still a 10/10. The staffs were helpful, the breakfast was great, and the location is where you want to be. The tiny thing I dislike was the shower. The water would get all over the floor, poor design… I would go back and also recommend this hotel for all travelers. "

"Nice property that is in need of many repairs. Pool tiles gone and not replaced. Ditto for decking. Ditto for pool and beach gear (Masks, snorkels etc) in need of replacement. Lovely villa and it was spotless. By far the best improvement would be the meals which were far below average. We took across the bay to eat at the high beach as the Pearl needs both better quality and decent food. Coming from Phenom Penh and Seam Reap which had amazing food and options we were disappointed. There's no AC but the ceiling fan works just fine for cooling you down! "The hotel is right on the beach with places a 5 minute walk along the beach. Apart from the breakfast included, we thought the dining prices were too high. I had no hot ( or even warm) water for the 4 nights I stayed despite reporting the problem on a daily basis. Cleaning our rooms ( you get a lot of sand from the beach) was not a daily occurrence and had to be requested. Water and tea bags etc were therefore not replenished without prompting."

There's several safety hazards like exposed wires, and nail and screws in areas where you are meant to be walking barefoot.
