"The staff are very nice and go out of their way to take care of you. Food was good for breakfast and lunch at their international cuisine restaurant. The beach is just lovely and not too crowded. Pools are nice though not heated (which is standard for the area i think). Only con was that the room is quite dated and the bed creaked every time i turned in it. Bathrooms are updated but not well kept. An update could really help. "

"We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach. The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down."

"Beautiful property right on the ocean. Very friendly staff. Great service. Excellent food. Just great views from every spot. We had a private pool in our villa - one evening we were drinking Champagne in a regular tall glass by the pool, didn’t bother to request a flute. Next day, our housekeeper noticed that and brought us flutes without us asking- that’s called service!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and our room (Tropicana Superior) was lovely and very spacious. Pool areas were relaxing, clean and always managed to get a sunbed. The staff were hard working and very friendly, always happy to help. Good range of food to choose fromat breakfast. Great location, close to main restaurants and Karon Beach, which is also very nice. Plenty of sunbeds for hire"
