"Three nights stay - done a few now. Unfortunately, and not the hotels fault a particularly noisy neighbour this time around. Finally gave up trying to sleep at 3am and visited reception. "Although we only stayed for one night it was really enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean and had a modern feel. We were on the resort side and got to see the maned wolf enclosure from our window. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. It was partners 40th Birthday and the hotel staff were lovely enough to put complimentary birthday balloons a card and a can of sparkling wine in our room. Food prices were shockingly high… £17.50 for a club sandwich is what I’d expect to pay at a 4-5* in London. The Salutation across the road is a much better choice for food. If you just need a comfy bed for the night then it’s still a decent choice. "
