"Well located to 'posh' shops, Harrods etc. Near to Knightsbridge tube. Reception staff were friendly. I had asked for a high up room on my reservation but this was not picked up on. My room was clean and tidy, although it was showing a few signs of needing renovation, e.g. seal and grout in batthroom. Managed to get a good price for a double room meaning value for money was good."

"It was a boutique style hotel , small but quiet . The only thing I didn’t like was they had us to pay additional fee for extra bed for my 8 years old daughter,but never provided extra bed !!! I was not happy to pay this fee as we had already prepaid through Expedia for our stay . The breakfast was OK , it was not a buffet with not mush options . "
