"Lovely hotel. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I felt a little put out at our treatment or lack of in the hotel restaurant. We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had. It unfortunately marred my stay a little. "

"I had a good stay in this clean and comfortable hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy and the finishes were new. There were a few minor items that could be improved though. "Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. "The hotel is very well located, close to the train station and at a very walkable distance from pretty much everywhere in the city center. It is also less than a block away from a tram hub where you can grab a tram and go anywhere. The staff was super kind and helpful, especially the receptionist who checked us in, who went out of her way to assist us over and over again. The hotel itself is a bit old, but the rooms are comfortable, have good amenities, are well equipped with a kitchen and everything you need to cook and eat, and are very clean. Breakfast is very good. And one of its best features is that it has a self service laundry where you can wash and dry for 9 euro in total in a little over an hour. I had great experiences with this chain in the past, and this was no exception. Would definitely go back."

"Excellent hotel! Room with queen bed was very large. Updated bathrooms and bedroom. This hotel felt like a 4 star hotel. It was right on the canal and the heart of the city. Very highly recommended for the price. We visited in early March so the price may have been more reasonable. "

"This property was absolute perfection! We visited while in Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets. Rooms were excellent, staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect and the small restaurant/bar in the lobby was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!"

"Charming boutique hotel with a bicycle theme. Rooms are small but well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideal if you arrive in Strasbourg by train yet still only a ten minute walk into the old town. Busses and streetcars are also close nearby for further travel. The 20 Euro breakfast is not a bad value with good variety not limited to croissants and coffee. I would stay again."
