Came down from train station right to the doorstep of the hotel, super convenient. Room was clean and decently spacious. Aircon was a bit wonky. Staff was friendly and helpful, highly recommended

The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient with check in/out. The location is conveniently located at the JR main station in Kokura. Appreciated the location, accessibility and cleanliness of the hotel. I also felt safe being a solo traveler.

I did not expect to enjoy this hotel quite so much as we were cramped in the room and the beds were very hard. But the staff is very helpful, it's so convenient to be able to walk to the train with our luggage, I love Kokura for shopping and the castle

Booked a bigger room in hopes for space for my baby to crawl/walk. But there was a huge awkward sofa in front of the bed, taking up all the free space that could have been for the baby or the luggages. But overall it’s still a relatively nice hotel, walkable and connected to several malls

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail in the accommodations. However, I found the breakfast options to be somewhat limited. While the food was of good quality, I would have liked to see a wider variety of choices to suit different tastes. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms, but I hope they can improve the breakfast selection in the future.

駅敷地内にあるため、鉄道を利用するには非常に便利が良いです。駅周辺にはコンビニはもちろん、飲食店がたくさんあるため困る事がないです。客室で過ごしていると駅周辺の喧騒感がなく、静かに過ごせて満足できました（緊急車両の音は聞こえましたが）。特筆すべき（？）はリファのシャワーヘッドが設置されており、気持ちよくシャワーを利用できた事、浴室と客室に段差が殆ど無い（多くのホテルでは結構な段差があるんですよね…）事です。浴室で残念な事は、便器を壁に寄せ過ぎていて、利用時にペーパーホルダーに足が当たる事です。浴室自体は広いので便器を15度くらい扉側にひねるとか、先述の事態を回避する手段はあった気がします。（デザイナーの方が直線直角に拘る方だったのでしょうか…）あとは、デスクの高さに対して椅子の肘掛けの高さが高過ぎて干渉するという事も残念な事でした。足を20ミリ程切り落とすと程よい状態になるでしょう。色々書きましたが、朝食も美味しかったし、大きな不満ではないので、リピートしたいホテルでした。
