"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. Great location

"Great modern hotel on the bay! Great access to the Sado island ferry! The ferry terminal connects directly to the hotel through the convention center. There is a cafe below and a convienence store they open around 8 or 9. Also Chinese food. It’s a ways away from the main center so I don’t know how convienient it is from the train station but there is a bus 230 yen. Rooms are clean and they even upgraded us to the river view and you can see a gorgeous sunset over Sado Island. Also great if you are taking ferry to Hokkaido as the taxi station is right below."

"Location is mint for this hotel. Between the regulator rail service, to the bullet trains, to the area buses, any the coach buses, you have every availability for transportation at your door step. The check in/ out counter staff are very helpful, polite, patient, and understanding. "
