"Rating: ★★★★★ (4.5/5 rounded up) My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa, and overall, we had a wonderful time. While I’m giving the resort a full 5 stars for its location, amenities, and value, there were a few areas that could use improvement. First, the good: the beaches are absolutely stunning. Whether you’re looking to relax or enjoy water activities, there’s something for everyone. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and the pools are fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the wide range of activities offered, and the spa services were a real treat. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout our stay. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. However, we did encounter some inconsistency, particularly when it came to dining and drinks. Some restaurants were fantastic, while others left us disappointed. There were also moments of unpredictably rude behavior from certain staff members, which stood out because most of the team were kind and attentive. These occasional moments of rudeness were jarring, but they didn’t overshadow the positives of the trip. In summary, despite a few hiccups, the resort offers a great experience overall, and we would consider returning. The beautiful beaches and enjoyable amenities make this a fantastic vacation spot."

"Absolutely loved the room, spacious and clean. The meals were so flavorful and delicious, wide variety to choose from. We spent 5 days at another hotel before heading to Hideaway Royalton, Negril and such a difference with the presentation and taste of the food. Great entertainment at nights with staff encouraging the guests to participate!! My only regret was the beach not much area to have a good swim. Sightings of stingrays put some fear in us, so stayed out the water for long periods of time. Please stock up on condensed milk, some guest rather this than the creamer!!!LOL. "
