Budget Hotels in Kingsland, Georgia

"Woman very nice at checkin. Had 2 dogs only had to sign a damage waver and also had to sign a no smoking waver , both contains a fee of $250, no worried about either as we don’t smoke and the dogs are well behaved and house trained. The Smoking waiver was kind of ridicules as the place freaked of pot everywhere Inside the building. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’m assuming there are people residing in this hotel as there are signs on a lot of the doors stating no cleaning...

" The Rooms have no (ZERO) closet space. There are no (ZERO) drawers. There is no (ZERO) counter space in the bathroom. The floors were FILTHY to the point that you had to wash your feet if you dared walk barefoot. The breakfast area was very clean, and the food was great as well. The Staff was friendly, but we had to ask for towels and shampoo. The Front Desk Lady was excellent and very professional."

"The hotel is very good. Our room was good and had a newly renovated bathroom. It was quiet and I had an excellent night's sleep. I did not give it a five star because the breakfast was mismanaged. There was no coffee. The hot water machine for tea did not work. The microwave did not work. True, these are minor things and I only point them out for the benefit of management to make the fixes. "
