Great and convenient location. Ice machine wasn’t working which was disappointing. Breakfast was great. Staff very helpful. Hot water went away to quick. Shower head needs replacing. Overall great stay.

The hotel is very good. Our room was good and had a newly renovated bathroom. It was quiet and I had an excellent night's sleep. I did not give it a five star because the breakfast was mismanaged. There was no coffee. The hot water machine for tea did not work. The microwave did not work. True, these are minor things and I only point them out for the benefit of management to make the fixes.

I can't really describe the smell in the facility, but my best description would be it did not smell foul, but it also didn't smell clean either. I do have to say that I was extremely disappointed. I was on a long road trip and chose this location due to the outdoor sitting area shown in the photos, looking forward to having a place I could relax. I was unable to find it, so I inquired about it at the front desk. I was told they had removed all of it due to the homeless taking advantage of the area.

This is a very outdated hotel with old and dirty carpets. Bath size towels were not supplied. The front desk staff were friendly.

The hallways and surrounding property were terrible; dirty, littered. You charge for a dog that’s cleaner than the room. There was no toilet paper in the room and no ice available. We were told to walk next door for it. We paid less the night before for an excellent property. You should be ashamed.

Inside smelt very musty, including main lobby. Elevator very dirty. Room had mildew and mold through the room, on the walls and ceiling. Front staff was very nice and refunded our money. There were people just sitting around and hanging out outside. Didn’t feel real safe, either.
