Cycling and walking trip to the scottish borders
Great location, handy for shops and restaurants and also handy for cycling the 4 abbeys way and/or walking part of the St Cuthberts Way or nearby Pennine Way. Room and Hotel in general was very clean and the proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. WE would stay here again.

A very, very nice B&B. Could not fault anything. Lisa and Colin welcoming and genuine. Room very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect! catered for a gluten free diet without fuss. Kelso Civic Week
Very pleasant stay in Kelso during the Civic week. B&B is centrally located but also off the main central street so it is very quiet. Couple that run the B&B are very accommodating and helpful.
