"This IS NOT a hotel... when I arrived at 10:00 PM, it was completely dark including the signage. Not a single person was in sight. Nobody answered the phone. No staff was on property. The door was locked. I called the next day and Me Engle told me I had to check in by 9:00 to get a code which give you access to a key box. I strongly suggest that you remove them from your website. "The property was not the one I thought and ended up being out of town in the CRA-Alle Hostel. This actually turned out to be advantageous for me as I was there for Wacken 2023 and they had moved camping to the airfield just down the road. There is very limited food and other services here but Hohenlockstedt is not too far. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for my stay."

"Be aware this hotel is more like a hostel. All rooms on the same floor are sharing one bathroom. That includes shower and toilet. At the time of my booking that did not reflect in the room details. "Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."
