"Loved the staff, helpful as due to the size of hotel we had to get directions a couple of times from the lobby to our room in another block/ wing of the hotel. Staff provided a map and other and staff were helpful when asked. The view from our room was gorgeous of the mountains. There is path through a local park which is close by that you can take to the center of Queenstown with restaurants and stores. Ate a couple of times at on site restaurant and service and food was good. "

"Giz at reception has to be the most helpful receptionist I have ever dealt with, seriously welcoming when you arrive, and nothing was ever to much for her.. Loved the place from arrival, and the cookies are yumm! It’s abit out of Queenstown, say $40 uber ride each way, but UberEats also works and the location is amazing."
