Nice lake views but the suite was small and rooms situated on the 4th floor have a strange location which means transferring lifts on the 3rd floor (unless you want to enter/exit from the car park). Staff were generally really good apart from a couple of the breakfast crew, breakfast was adequate, not great. Hotel location is lovely and it’s special to have the water taxi stop right outside. Given the proximity to the airport and the extortionate taxi fares charged to get there, Hilton should really look at offering a courtesy shuttle. All in all I would say that stay was just about value for money given that Queenstown is expensive anyway.

Had such a wonderful stay at this hotel the bed was so comfortable to sleep on had a very restful sleep. The room was nice and cosy, very convenient to have a mini kitchen in the room to make your meals if you dont feel like dinning out. The service is definitely 5 star and the buffet breakfast was well worth paying for.

I would recommend this hotel, beautiful location outside of Queenstown. Friendly and helpful staff. The front desk staff were very accommodating and lent me a charger. Parking available. Great studio apartment with wonderful few of Lake Wakatipu. Had a great walk around the lake from the hotel to the Boatshed Bakery and beyond.
