"We chose the penthouse, because I felt like a penthouse would be good. It wasn’t. We flew late at night from the US only to learn that the penthouse was on the 5th floor and they didn’t have an elevator. This made it impossible to stop by quickly at the hotel to get a hat or quickly change a shirt. We didn’t stay. We left the same night and went and stayed at their sister property with an elevator. "I’m glad I chose this hotel. First of all, location, location, location! It’s close proximity to all the stores and restaurants in Thamel. It’s very convenient. Speaking of that, there is a convenient store that is really close to the hotel which closes at 11 or 11:30 pm. Breakfast is fine. My first day was just average but second day is way much better. My main concern is the shower area. The water doesn’t drain faster than it’s supposed to do, but that doesn’t make me give them a lower score,...
