Lovely boutique accommodation. Well appointed, comfortable rooms with great bar and restaurant/cafe. We enjoyed a house made lemonade in the Cordial Bar and the great selection of local wines and spirits. Dinner at the Dome was good quality, hearty food at reasonable prices.

Quirky boutique hotel beautifully converted.Excellent bed and patio area. Large bathroom but very dark.lighting not so good. Liked the guest refreshment area rather than a kettle in each room. Comfortable seating area in open hall space to use as only one chair in the room.Loved the idea but felt aesthetics have compromised comfort..no hanging rail just random coat hangers on the wall as art! No suitcase holder..narrow bench could accomodate one only. Lighting quite poor throughout room and particularly bathroom. Patio area excellent but stools uncomfortable and table top wood warped. badly.

Amazing, luxurious funky hotel with large comfortable rooms in a converted flour mill. Features a basement cocktail bar (with home made soft drinks if you don’t drink alcohol). Cafe restaurant with summer menu was very good.

The Premier Mill was a fabulous place to stay, accommodation was in an old mill and still had machinery relics from the past there. Rooms were very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and efficient. We had drinks in the Cordial Bar with a great offering of beverages to choose from.
