"Very convenient and 5-10 mins walk to Namba station… love the room as well as it quite spacious with a bunk bed and 2 single beds.. the staffs are very friendly as they will give recommendations, will check in with you how’s the day, any help is required and etc.. "

"The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine."

"The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not...

"Location was excellent as it was very near to Yotsubashi train station and about 15 mins walk to the main Shinsaibashi shopping street. Lots of food nearby, Family Mart konbini store right beside and a supermarket nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and i rate them full marks on customer service. The room however was very dusty and we kept sneezing throughout our stay there. The room does not have a window that can be opened to let the dust escape. Would have given a 5 stars...

"The property was located a distance walk from their local transport and there was a duty free supermarket nearby. The check in was abit slow due to their satellite office for their connection. Do get their key code before you check in as there was a security door to bypass before you can check in. This apartment do not contain luggage storage so it was abit tough for us. It was quite centralise to Shinsaibashi, Namba and Shin-Imamiya trains. Will come back to stay again. They have washer....

"Travelled with my sister and stayed for 8 nights - great location with lots of restos nearby, short walk to Yodoyabashi Station, which is on the Midosuji metro line that takes you to all the important places, and, most importantly, a Family Mart right next door. Room cleaning is mandatory every 3 days, which worked great for us. The room itself was a great size (lots of space to open 2 large hardside suitcases), except for the entryway, which was really cramped. Beds were super comfy and the firm pillow was amazing. Temperature control also simple to use. The laundry room is a bonus (there's an option on the tv to see which machines are in use and for how long), but be prepared to wait, as there are only 3 machines (also important to note that the machines only take 100 coins, so go to reception if you need to exchange other coins); the dryer function is terrible if you're washing a lot of stuff, as you will probably need to pay for extra drying time."

"A well-maintained hotel with many free working facilities. It is conveniently nearby Namba Metro and the Nankai is just a walk away. The best benefit staying there is the free breakfast featuring traditional Japanese offerings that change each day. People complaining about the breakfast probably are Westerners who need to broaden their tastes"
