"Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"Had a wonderful stay for almost a week. Easy self check-in via instructions from email. Had all the important necessities except for ironing in the room. Need to request for it but I'm fine without it. Walking distance of at least 15mins to most of the popular areas like Dotonburi, Nimba, Kuromon Seafood market etc. Hotel is nearby to Doton Plaza for shuttle bus to airport. Super convenient. Definitely I will recommend to my contacts. "

"The hotel is easy to access (next to train station even it is not the main station). Easy to check in (virtual reception) and we can storage our luggages as we arrive too early for check-in. It has a room which is specifically to storage luggages. The room is very clean. It is not too spacious but not too small as well for 4 of us (4 adults). The beds are comfortable and there are enough pillows for us. The kitchen is well equipped (very basic ones). There's a refrigerator and freezer....

"The property is very close to Shin-Osaka train station. Close to a few good restaurants and convenience stores. The property is clean. They have a remote check-in. A quick face to face call with an operator gets you all setup with a pass code for your apartment. All is done through tablets available at the main lobby. "

"Small, small rooms and they really pack the people into this place. Lobby is just a maze of stanchion queues, you can't even tell which one is for luggage, check in, front desk or simply get across the lobby to the coffee shop."

"The rooms feels a little dated but they did have a fridge with freezer space. We did not have a room on the side with the city view, which if you did would be really nice (we saw from the gym). Laundry machines need coins not digital payments, but did include a locking code so no worries of anyone taking out your clothes. Unfortunately the shower/tub room gets a mildew smell that keeps coming back. The location is excellent, close to train stations and bus stops including the airport bus....

"Sad that they removed the Lawson mart from the ground floor. We also weren't able to get breakfast because tickets were sold out. Make sure to purchase in advance! Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay like the last time we were here, no real problems."

"Great place and great service. Check in can take a while when there is a line. They need a better way to do that. Otherwise, very happy with the location and the hotel is modern and the rooms are convenient. You can hear the train if you get a lower level room so I recommend a higher floor if that bothers you. "
