"Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. "Location is superb. Walking distance to dotonborri around 1.6 km which saves the hassle of train. Kuromon market is just around the corner which makes food option easy. Would recommend to have cleaning supplies handy as we stayed 3 nights and would be nice to be able to clean the floors or area while we are there. "This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I love their rainfall shower head. It’s so nice! I also take hot baths in the tub. Ofuro is great! They have a great lounge. They have a lively roster of activities, though I’ve always been busy to participate. I’ve chosen to have their breakfast both times. Totally worth it! They have healthy options. I love their eggs with the salmon salad. Delicious! The hotel smells very nice. They pay special attention to it. I always find it very relaxing. All the staff have always been very helpful and polite. The hotel is right next door to the Kitahama Metro station and there is a taxi stand right in front. I hope to come back!"
