"Overall it’s a good hotel to stay at in the Tagum area. Staff is friendly and the food options are good. "

"The receptionist on arrival was great. I had to ask for the lights to be turned on in the corridor upstairs because it wasn’t done. The service in the restaurant was terrible. The food was cold. There were birds flying freely in the restaurant with no attempt to get them out. My food order came out with items missing and never ordered with the kitchen. The Staff didn’t seem to be interested in anything and gave me the wrong beer 2 times. They looked totally bored the whole time. "

"Not the friendliest place , allergic to mold. Have to be careful. Did have hot water to shower. One tv channel . A place to sleep. From the heat. "

"Really lovely hotel with kind staff. Only thing differed from listing is that the coffee shop on first floor is closed. But 7-11 a couple blocks away and a nice karaoke resto-bar one block away. "

"I was here for 24 nights and it was an overall fantastic stay. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and promptly serviced when required. I would highly consider making this hotel my regular for when I visit Tagum. "
