"The airport transfer was easy, staff went out of their way to help us load luggages into the transfer bus. The staff will inform which terminal we get off if we ask them with our airline schedules in hand. The bus have announcements in English as to which terminal is which. Google AI can inform us which bus station number at the Narita airport to catch usually is number 6 or 16. Sorry I don't remember. Basically we don't have to worry about loading the luggages."

"This location was perfect for people who need a break from the busy-ness of Tokyo. Quiet, subway not too crazy, near Tokyo Dome too (for food and shopping). Room was large and decorated in a westernized Japanese motif. Large bathroom (separate toilet, dual sinks and shower/Hinoki tub room). We got the morning breakfast which was very good."

"Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel itself is located in a quiet corner behind the busy shopping streets. It's right next to one of Tokyo's metro lines so you'll occasionally here the metro activity, but I personally did not find it bothersome. The room itself is small, but makes great use of space to fit all of the amenities so this didn't bother me. The staff are extremely nice, and helpful. This is especially in the case of luggage-forwarding services, e.g. Yamato Transport....
